at Comdex/Fall 2000 Conference Program
Woburn, Massachusetts: November 13, 2000 - The COMDEX/Fall 2000 technology conference, scheduled for November 13-17 in Las Vegas, will feature top industry experts in over 100 sessions, focusing on evaluating technology investments, building network infrastructure, implementing an effective Internet/Intranet strategy and other critical business and IT topics. One such speaker, Scott Matsumoto, CEO and CTO at Xtremesoft, Inc. will discuss "Justifying Technology Investments and Writing a Business Plan" in a panel discussion with Yeji Hong, VP of Production and Design for Back Bay Interactive; and Dan Heller, former CEO of Zmail and one of the inventors of SMTP, on Tuesday, November 14.
This panel discussion will focus on helping its technical audience learn how to justify that shopping list of hardware, software and services that companies need to survive and grow. "Many corporate necessities are vying for the same resources," points out Scott Matsumoto, CEO and CTO, Xtremesoft, Inc. "The panelists and I have learned first-hand, through both successes and failures, how to make presentations that generate the results we desire. We felt others could benefit from our first-hand experiences."
With over 20 years of commercial software product development experience, Matsumoto has held technical and management positions at Lotus Development Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He was a principal at Working Set, Inc., and is currently CEO and CTO at Xtremesoft.
